Introduction générale
XL series sandstone washer is a high efficiency equipment for desliming, sand washing and stone washing, it’s normally used for sand and aggregate washing, grading, impurity removal in road construction, railway construction, building material, hydro-power project and other industries. According to the difference of washing quantity, there are two structures for option: single spiral structure and double spiral structure, and there are light type and heavy type washer for different particle size. Heavy type is suitable for 10-80mm coarse particle washing, light type is normally for fine particle (-10mm) washing.

Introduction générale
FC/FG series spiral classifier is normally used for pre-classification and examining classification of grinding loop in ore beneficiation plant and sand& aggregate production plant, as well as desliming, dehydration in sand washing plant. According to the spiral quantity, there are two types for option: single spiral type and double spiral type; According to different depth of spinning blade dipping into overflow surface, the machine is classified to high wire type and sinking type. The former is normally for classification of ore and sand with overflow granularity 0.83-0.15mm, and the latter is normally for classification of ore and fine powder with overflow granularity 0.15-0.07mm. The machine is reliable, stable, good in classification performance. When it used for sand washing in sand& aggregate plant, it can control the powder loss.
