Introduction générale
YT series crawler crushing station is introduced by advanced foreign technology and developed to high efficient mobile workstations. It is equipped with heavy-duty crawler chassis, self-contained power, clever design and complete functions. It is a modular design which integrates feeding, crushing, sand making, screening and transmission. It can be formed by the combination of different modules to form a truly mobile crushing operation, and a full set of crushing operations on the crawler chassis.



YT series crawler-type mobile crushing station adopts advanced intelligent control system, which can achieve "one-click" start operation with efficient crushing capacity and controllability. Crushing station has the features of compact structure, easy installation, convenient transportation, flexible movement, which is suitable for a variety of complex operating environment. It can be used not only for open-circuit, but also for closed-circuit production, which can produce high-quality multi-standard aggregate. The aggregate can be widely used not only in highway, high-speed rail, water conservancy and hydropower, construction and other industries, but also for urban construction waste disposal, municipal engineering, bridge construction and other projects which need timely transitions.

1.High-quality diesel engine has advantage of low oil consumption and low noise, stable and reliable, it’s the impetus source for environment protection. The engine equipped with preheating starter which is used in military can work with the temperature at -25℃.Fuel oil saving rate can reach 25%, and the sieving mode is not only in line with environmental protection but low cost.
2.The chassis adopt ship-shaped all steel design, which assures the equipment higher strength, lower intensity of pressure to the ground, highly getting through ability, suitable to mountain region and wet land, etc.
3.By using matured technology, the large torque motor has features of the large drive force and high reliability. Running system adopts full-power opening loop hydraulic driving, which assures the equipment high performance, and can make best use of the motor.
4.The crushing and screening equipment are manufactured by our company with mature technology, which features in compact structure, stable performance, high reliability.
