Product Description

1. High-efficiency Ball Mill
(High efficient ore grinding equipment that use steel ball as grinding media)

General Introduction:
GMQG high-efficiency ball mill is composed of feeder, discharge opening, rotation part, transmission part (reducer, gear transmission shaft, motor and power control cabinet) and other main parts, which is widely used in black, non-ferrous metal mining, building materials, chemicals, electricity, coal, transportation, light industry and other industrial sectors. Lattice-type ball mill has lattice panels at the discharge end, with more volume of ball, larger installation power, higher capacity and more coarse discharge granularity and usually used in primary crushing; Spill-over ball mill are usually used in fine grinding without lattice panels at the end and with higher discharge opening, less volume of ball, smaller installation power, lower production capacity and finer discharge granularity.

Application Cases





Package and Delivery
Package: The products should be processed to be rustproof and moisture proof before delivery. The big parts are wrapped by plastic sheeting. The small parts are packed into wooden crates; the big parts are wrapped by plastic sheeting.
Delivery: Our company will deliver the 100% qualified goods in accordance with the related contract terms.


Quality Warranty
100% brand new when leaving the factory. The seller guarantee quality of the machines  (excluding wearing parts)for a period of one year from the date of trial run finish under our technician's guidance, but not exceed 15 months from date on which machine leaves the factory.

Product Features

1.Using rolling bearing instead of sliding bearing, which save 10%-20% of the energy and at the condition of some power, the capacity is 10%-20% higher;
2.Adopting oil grease to lubricate the gear;
3.No need to use expensive high and low pressure oil lubrication station when the ball mill support by rolling bearing;
4.Mining ball mill diameter over 2700mm can use high pressure motor, pneumatic clutch, gear oil grease lubrication device and low speed driving device for the convenience of turning and repair. These device is optional based on the needs of users;
5.Cast steel hollow shaft, removable liner, casting rotating gear machined by gear hobbing, inside of the barrel installed with wearable line with good abrasion resistance. The machine’s performance is stable and reliable.
