Общее введение
VSI series vertical shaft impact crusher is originally designed by our company, it is a new type crusher that overset the traditional crusher theory and is well received by customers, at one time, it filled in the gap of China crusher industry. It has brought subversive revolution in China on crushing and processing of all kinds of stone and mineral since the first set came into being in our factory. The crusher features in low operation cost, adaptable, high throughput capacity, good output products shape, wide application, which makes it one of the most competitive crusher. For now, thousands of VSI series vertical shaft impact crusher is working in different fields.

Принцип работы
According to the crushing environment and raw material condition difference, by controlling the feeding methods, two crushing mechanism is optional: “Stone-stone” and “Stone-steel”. “Stone-stone” mechanism separates the feeding material into two flows by cascade flowing separating system, one flow is leading into high-speed rotating impeller chamber through feed tube, and the material is accelerated and thrown away from the impeller port. Another flow is cascaded into crusher inner chamber through overflow gate of feeding hopper. Material from this two flow crashes each other intensively around the impeller. “Stone-steel” mechanism leads all material into impeller inner chamber from feed tube, then the material is accelerated and thrown away by high-speed rotating impeller. Outside the impeller, the material hit intensively on impact plate that installed on the crushing chamber wall. The “Stone-stone” mechanism is normally used in processing hard materials, and the sand production ratio is about 40%; The “Stone-steel” mechanism is normally used in processing medium hard material, and the sand production ratio is around 40%-60%.

Feeding control device
Manual hydraulic pump is optional to adjust the flow into impeller, at the same time, by adjusting the vertical position of distributor plate, the proportion of impeller feeding flow and cascade flow into crushing chamber could be controlled accurately.

Simple and easy-to-use lifting device
Hanging type manual or electric hoist is optional for the crusher. During crusher maintenance, this lifting device could easily and conveniently lift the upper cover, feeding hopper, distributor, impeller, main shaft, etc.


Hydraulic jack-up and rotating device on the top section
The device is optional designed for this crusher, which could jack up the feeding hopper and rotate it aside.


Multifunctional crushing chamber
This crusher has two crushing mechanisms: “Stone-stone” and “Stone-steel”, and two mechanisms are convertible in one crushing chamber by simple parts replacement, so as to satisfy requirement of different crushing environment and raw material.


Oil lubrication and automatic control system
The oil lubrication system and PLC control and inspection system is optional for installation to monitor feeding quantity, current, oil temperature, main shaft temperature, the system can also realize vibrating protection function.

VSI series vertical shaft impact crusher is widely applied for fine crushing re-shaping of mineral, rocks in all kinds of metal and nonmetal mines, refractory, ceramic grinding media ,building material and high way construction, water conservancy and hydropower project, artificial sand & aggregates production and other industries. For medium hard, super hard or corrosive raw material, such as, sandstone, granite, basalt, carborundum, bauxite and magnesia, the crusher has outstanding superiority over other equipment.
By adopting high-speed(Over 80m/s) pattern, VSI series vertical shaft impact crusher can also be used for fine crushing re-shaping of coarse sand in sand &aggregate processing industry, so as to optimize particle gradation and make smaller fineness modulus.
