Structure and Working Principle
Structure
ZG series electrical vibrating feeder is composed by five parts.
1- feeding trough, 2- vibration body, 3- vibration motor, 4- damping device, 5- Wearable liners


Working Principle
ZG series electrical vibrating feeder realizes feeding by using special vibration motor to drive the feeder trough doing reciprocating movement along the inclines; when the vertical component of the acceleration force is greater than gravity, the material will be tossed, and the material will continuously skip forward due to the continuous operation of the vibration motor; therefore to achieve the purpose of feeding, as shown in Fig. 2.

Operation and Maintenance:
Operation
(1). This series motor vibrating feeder allows straight line start and stop the machine under the condition of full load and full voltage. In order to stop steadily and fast through the resonance area, parking brake is allowed.
(2). The clients should try to have a short-term operation after the commissioning.
Maintenance
(1) The workers should check the stability of amplitude, current, temperature rise and noise when feeding machine in the process of operation. The workers should stop the machine immediately if they find abnormal phenomenon.
(2) The motor bearing should be added lubrication oil every two months. The normal faults and processing methods of vibrating feeder to see the table below:
Warranty
100% brand new when leaving the factory. The seller guarantee quality of the machines  (excluding wearing parts)for a period of one year from the date of trial run finish under our technician's guidence, but not exceed 15 months from date on which machine leaves the factory.

Make use of the vibration motor as excitation source, and the material do parabolic movement; therefore, reduce the feeder trough and increase the feeder’s service life.
The material flows can be instantaneously changed, thus the quantitative feeding accuracy can be improved.
